Judith Fabris is a native California and holds a B.A. in Business Administration and a J.D. in Law. Before leaving a long career in the securities industry, she attended seminars and classes taught by well known fiction authors. Judith wrote financial columns and articles and also lectured throughout the US and even aboard a cruise ship.For the past five years she has mentored a group of writers on a weekly basis through the Palm Springs Writers Guild. She has volunteered all her life, and currently is a mentor with the Ophelia Project and serves as a Eucharistic Minister in her parish.
Prior to the publication of “Sargent’s Lady”, her published works include, “The Women’s Financial Survival Handbook” and “The Women’s Investment Handbook” both published by NAL, Plume Label, co-authored under the name of Rhoades; “Money…Cool” Archipelago Press. A rewritten version is now in e-book form; “The Duke of Seventh Street”, short story, Italian Americana; “Blood Rules”, a one-act play read for public performance, Dezart Performs, Palm Springs, CA.
Judith resides in Palm Springs where she enjoys her family and friends, traveling, cooking and warm weather.
